The staff were lovely and friendly! The room was spacious, clean and had great air conditioning. The bed was super comfy and very spacious! There was free water left in our rooms each day and free iced tea available in the lobby which was just a little touch that made us feel special. It is fantastic value for money, the room, service and location were all 10/10

We loved that the hotel was centrally located and a short walk from the train station. It was very easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Our room initially didn't have a functioning AC, but the hotel staff moved us right away. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

Location was great pretty much 10 mins walk from everywhere. Breakfast offering was good. Had a small gym & sauna.

Lovely hotel! The staff at the reception welcomed us with a welcome drink, and we immediately felt at ease. The room (equipped with air conditioning and a minibar) was very nice — always clean and tidy every evening when we came back. The view wasn’t great, but since we were on holiday, we didn’t really mind. The staff were very kind, including the cleaning ladies, who always greeted us with a smile in the hallways. A special mention to the bartender — super friendly, it was a pleasure chatting with him. The location is perfect: literally a 15-minute walk to the historic center. Compliments to the whole team!

My stay was excellent — the room was extremely clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all necessary bathroom amenities provided. The facilities were top notch, and I enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The location, just 200 metres from the city centre, made everything easily accessible. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience. The check-in is open 24/24.

Perfect location for a weekend city break! Not too much in the hustle and bustle of main bars but still only a 10 mins walk away. Shops and cafes all near by. £14 taxi from the airport to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy with hotel desk being 24hours. Room was modern and clean , big windows made it feel light and airy. Our room was facing the rear side so we had no issues with any noise from the Main Street, was very peaceful in fact! Hotel also had a locked luggage room which was perfect for the last day when we still wanted to explore!

I had an amazing experience at K+K Hotel Fenix! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, always welcoming with a smile and ready to assist. My room was clean, spacious, and even had a lovely terrace, which was a great bonus. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and many major attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Prague on foot. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent, about the closest you can get to the city centre. Room was spacious, with a unusually large desk for hotel room. Breakfast was excellent.
